Gaming in the Dark is a small gaming convention specifically geared towards tabletop games that fall in the horror category.

There will be board games and tabletop games available for people to use and enjoy at any time the Lodge is open. There will also be scheduled Role Playing games and likely some scheduled tabletop games. There will be cabins available for rent if you'd like to run a game or RPGs separate from the Lodge in a quiet space that will allow your game to be run at whatever volume you desire without outside noise or worrying about bothering the table next to you.

Gaming in the Dark isn't for games that take up a large amount of space for only a few players, like miniature-based games. We just don't have the space for it.

This is NOT a convention that will involve any alcohol or drugs on premises. Terror cuts more sharply into minds unalloyed by inebrients. All the better to scare you with, my dear. Also, the park does not permit is and neither will we. Anyone found with any sort of alcohol or drugs will be immediately asked to leave and will not be refunded.

Weekend Pass: Gets you admission into the lodge. The first 12 people will also get a reserved space among the 12 bunks available for sleeping within the Lodge. If we exceed the capacity of the Lodge, we are looking into alternatives for additional sleeping arrangements.

VIG (Very Important Gamer) Cabin Rental: This gets you a separate cabin right across the driveway from the Lodge. There are 5 Cabins available for rent. Each Cabin sleeps 4 people and has it's own gaming space! The cost of the rental also includes 4 full weekend passes for the convention. The deadline for this option is October 1st. We will ask for a $150 deposit, and collect the rest ($100) when you arrive for the convention.
